Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a motivated and driven Quality Engineer Ascent (SQE) for a position based in Grand Prairie, TX/ Fort Worth, TX to provide support to the Extended Range Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS ER) Program. The position will require flexible hours with periodic travel to support LM production sites and suppliers with activity across the United States. Responsibilities include:
Individual should be a self-starter who can work autonomously with minimal direction in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Facilitation of and presentation in meetings will be required weekly. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Subcontracting, Program Management, Suppliers, and Customer to ensure quality standards are implemented and being met throughout the production process. Analyze program, quality process, and supplier performance, identify adverse trends, understands / identifies risks and drives effective corrective action as well as overall process improvements.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
