Performance Testing Specialist
Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with various performance testing tools, including script development, scenario design, and test execution. Assess system architecture to identify potential bottlenecks and performance risks. Utilize advanced scripting capabilities in tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner to simulate user load and evaluate application behavior under stress conditions. Apply knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., C, JavaScript) for custom test scripting. Monitor system resources—including CPU, memory, network, and disk I/O—during performance tests and compile detailed reports on findings. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to establish performance requirements and acceptance criteria. Document test outcomes, perform in-depth analysis, and recommend strategies for improving application performance. Integrate LoadRunner with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps to streamline testing processes. Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of performance-related issues. Present test results and optimization recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements: 5–8 years of proven experience in performance testing. Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and web technologies. Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in test execution and reporting. Experience working with cloud platforms is an advantage.
