Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Support the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of internal and external accounts in accordance with established procedures
• Provide effective operational support to internal business partners and external clients
• Ensure all account setup tasks are completed accurately, thoroughly, and within required timeframes
• Assist with training and knowledge-sharing for less experienced team members
• Handle moderately complex tasks with a high level of independence, escalating issues to leads or management as needed
• Maintain compliance with company standards, documentation requirements, and workflow guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and support business operations

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and professionally in a team environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and task management skills
• Quick learner capable of developing subject matter expertise
• Must be able to work the assigned hybrid schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Must be reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Oil & Gas industry experience or related operational experience that supports success in the role
