Onsite Service Technician position in Austin, TX. This full-time role offers a salary range from $32,940 to $65,880 annually. The position is entry-level and requires electromechanical experience, superior time management skills, and reliability. Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage are necessary. This active position involves lifting, walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday. Key responsibilities include offering outstanding service to clients, managing call resolve issues, repairing devices, and delivering customer training on assigned products.

Xerox provides training by certified instructors, as well as online and in-house training. A good foundation of electrical and mechanical knowledge will help you learn our industry quickly. This position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday. Safety is our top priority, especially around electrical components.

• Successfully navigated through new hire training and completed technical training courses
• Comprehensive understanding of our company and customer service culture
• Clear expectations in reference to call load, territory alignment, and client satisfaction
• Thorough knowledge base of the equipment and inventory needs to support your territory
• Able to actively and correctly complete service calls independently
