The On Wing Support Technical Records Coordinator works with the operations team to ensure that the outgoing documentation provided by the site is formatted, validated, and compliant to customer expectations. The role includes consolidation of technical documentation to produce a format that is satisfactory to the customer, translating customer requirements into the documentation package, auditing technical record packs for completeness, organizing and arranging the final data set for customer review, addressing any issues the customer faces on technical documentation, facilitating the archiving and record storage solution, providing historical records when requested, and coordinating in-process shop reports as required. The position requires an associate degree or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 1 year of professional work experience, 1+ years of administrative experience, and experience with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP (OASIS) or large alternate data systems (ERP's) is preferable, along with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to learn and work as a team.
