Office Services Associate

We are looking for a dedicated Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on delivering essential back-office support, including reprographics, mail services, hospitality, and reception duties, while ensuring high-quality service in both physical and digital environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent customer service skills to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reprographics and mail services tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Follow established procedures for job intake, prioritization, and execution to meet client deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance, including loading paper and toner supplies.
  • Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and ensure job tickets are properly documented.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on your own work and the work of others to uphold service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address and resolve deadline or job-related concerns.
  • Adhere to company and client site policies while using equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide support for hospitality, reception, and other service lines as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in office services, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate setting.
    • Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business needs and policies.
    • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
    • Proficiency in problem-solving and knowing when to escalate issues to supervisors.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
