The front-end department supervisor oversees front-end operational activities, drives excellent customer service, and ensures appropriate headcount allocation. The back-end and night operations department supervisor oversees back-end operational activities, ensures efficient product disbursement, and manages overnight shift responsibilities. The manager-on-duty provides full leadership over the store, ensuring engagement, customer service, and operational efficiency.
High school diploma or GED, 5 years of experience in a retail environment, experience providing direction or supervision to teams, experience supporting or participating in training and mentoring, experience working cross-functionally, experience using Microsoft Office Suite, ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.
Experience supporting front-end or back-end operations in a retail environment, experience in customer service role, experience in a leadership role with direct report responsibility, experience working in the home improvement retail sector, experience working in a fast paced, dynamic retail environment, experience in key carrying role with manager-on-duty responsibilities, experience using store computer systems.
