NICE Call Routing/IVR Engineer/Architect Opportunity

Our customer is seeking tenured NICE call routing/IVR engineers/architects to supplement several delivery workstreams. This is a global enterprise, so large company experience is required for consideration. Our customer is only able to leverage W2 candidates - sub vendor/C2C candidates will not be reviewed. Top skills for consideration include: experience supporting large-scale NICE Call Recording solutions, alternative expertise working with Genesys, Avaya, and Calibrio, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, any APA/RPA tenure, Nexidia Integration Analytics, and the ability to interface with and present to tech leadership.

This will be a long-term/multi-year engagement that can sit hybrid in either the Dallas/Ft Worth area or Charlotte; we may be able to exceed posted rate for the perfect candidate.

This is a contract position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
