Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and strengthen community engagement.
• Write and publish regular blog posts that highlight industry trends, company news, and community contributions.
• Act as the company's representative at networking events, local chamber gatherings, and community programs.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners through outreach efforts, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication materials and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategies and align them with organizational goals.
• Assist with business development by identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to expand the client base.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development.
• Proficiency in creating written content and managing social media channels; familiarity with social media tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable networking at events and serving as a public representative of the company.
• Self-motivated with a drive to grow into a leadership role within the organization.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, or compliance industries is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Availability to attend occasional early-morning or weekend events as required.
