The Lead Analyst for UKG is responsible for recommending, designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of the UKG system to meet the evolving needs of the University. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and translate them into technical specifications and system designs that prioritize maintainability and scalability. As a technical leader, the Lead Analyst must possess a deep understanding of workforce management principles, advanced scheduling techniques, and the UKG platform. This role also requires collaboration with Lead Analysts supporting other platforms to ensure cross-platform consistency, data integrity, and quality. The Lead Analyst will mentor team members, provide oversight for all platform changes and upgrades, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential for success in this role.
Experience in higher education field preferred.
