The Production Control Coordinator assists and coordinates all activities involved in manufacturing goods within a production environment. This role works closely with the management team to ensure work orders, parts, and materials are ready to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include producing work orders, delivering equipment to the necessary departments, and entering data into the system for supervisor access. The main objective is to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, and that products are made on time.
Assist in coordinating manufacturing activities to meet production schedules. Produce work orders and deliver equipment to needed departments. Enter data into the system to make it accessible for supervisors. Work closely with management to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Experience with inventory management and production processes. Proficiency in Excel and order entry. Familiarity with work orders and supply chain processes. Ability to expedite materials efficiently.
Preferred experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NS, QAD, or JDE, or MES. High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of an Excel test.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Midland, TX.
