Job Description

Day to Day Job Duties:

  • Provide advanced technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
  • User Account Management
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and related systems.
  • Support identity and access management across Cloud-based technologies.
  • Application Deployment and Management
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and health checks on end-user hardware and software.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty services.
  • Documentation and Training
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide training and user support to improve technology adoption and efficiency.
  • Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely support to all end users.
  • Communicate effectively to understand user needs and provide tailored solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in end-user computing or IT support roles. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Minimum of 3 years of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications. Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Travel: NA. Degree: Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience.
