In this exciting role, you'll lead a pillar of the Workplace Branch dedicated to supporting plan participants of Schwab's Workplace offerings. This Director, Education and Support position is responsible for leading the Workplace Education & Support organization and will report to the Managing Director. Workplace Education & Support is comprised of Workplace Education (education delivery to internal and external plan participants) and Workplace Support (comprised of centralized Client Relationship Specialists and Employee Services). This position will also be expected to provide actionable feedback to leadership on trends and opportunities to help shape the future of Schwab's Workplace Branch model. If you are a self-starter, are comfortable leading in a fast-paced and changing environment and share our passion for serving clients & participants - this role is for you.
Preferred: Master's degree in business, Learning & Development, or related field and/or professional certification A solid understanding of corporate sponsor and consultant relationships. Proven experience managing through change Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment. Outstanding "soft" skills - including ability to work well with a diverse range of partners and proactive, can-do attitude. Flexibility to travel
Required: A valid and active Series 7, 66 (63/65), and 9/10 license is required Bachelor's degree is required 10+ years relevant financial services experience is required 8+ years in a direct people leading management role is required
