Provide quick response and assistance to fire/disaster victims utilizing our 1-800-BOARDUP Victim Assistance Program. Educate all fire departments, police, EMS, dispatchers, Red Cross and all key personnel as well as the public about our 1-800-BOARDUP brand and victim services. Sponsor or participate in local charity fundraising events to create direct awareness of our 1-800-BOARDUP program while raising money for their favorite charities, to include the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, F.O.O.L.S., etc.
Approximately 20-25 hours per week educating/marketing/conducting events unless otherwise agreed. On-call and ready to respond to all emergency calls in a timely manner (weather permitting).
Negotiable-This is a great position with flexible hours, marketing budget, car/cell allowance and a generous bonus structure.
+ Attend and complete all aspects of the 1-800-BOARDUP training program + Complete and document all items of 1-800-BOARDUP's Onboarding Plan + Provide education and assistance to fire/disaster victims as needed + Prepare weekly activity reports to your direct report + Work closely with the board up crews and customers to make sure our citizens are safe and taken care of + Work closely with company Estimator/Sales personnel and take responsibility to complete a proper hand off to the customer while staying involved until a level of comfort and trust has been established + Meet with community groups when available to explain our role to the public + Participate / plan fundraising charity events that benefit local charities
