Collaborate proactively with LAITS associate dean and directors to establish clear organizational goals and priorities across the organization, fostering cohesion and ensuring operational success.
Direct and manage all administrative operations for Liberal Arts ITS. Duties include, but are not limited to: payroll, human resources, employment recruitment, purchasing; payment vouchering, budgeting, account reconciliation, financial reporting; inventory management, building management, contract writing and management. Service center management. Oversee and coordinate the financial activity generated by campus MOUs and SLAs for services provided by LAITS to external clients including Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost (EVPP) and others. Direct, manage, and supervise the LAITS Administrative Team. Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
