Desktop Support Analyst

Contractor Needed For Laptop Refresh Project

One of our large retail customers is looking for a contractor to help support a laptop refresh project that will last through 2025. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, prior laptop setup/deployment experience, and experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and VPN issues. Any iPhone support experience is a plus as they will also help with day to day deskside support outside of the refresh. Candidates with degrees and/or IT certifications preferred in the event they have headcount to convert this person after the contract. Skills include desktop, support, troubleshooting, technical support, Windows 10, hardware/software, VPN, ServiceNow, customer service, hardware, phone support, deployment, and imaging.

This is a contract position based out of Irving, TX. The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
