Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to customers within the financial services industry. By addressing inquiries and resolving issues, you will contribute to a positive experience for both clients and their employees, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone in a friendly and detail-oriented manner.
  • Assist customers with resetting passwords securely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to login processes, onboarding, and timekeeping.
  • Provide guidance and solutions to resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refine service processes and improve customer experiences.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to confirm successful resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of security protocols to ensure safe password management.
  • Utilize office equipment effectively to support daily tasks and documentation needs.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and copiers.
  • Physical capability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move items up to 20 lbs.
