What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate our Inside Sales and Customer Care Representatives.
• Foster a sales-focused culture built on relationship-based selling and service excellence.
• Deliver hands-on coaching through call reviews, sales goal tracking, and team development.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into retention and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with operations to maintain smooth routing, scheduling, and communication.
• Track and analyze team performance to identify trends, celebrate wins, and drive improvement.
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and licensing of new team members.
