As a Business Analyst I- Inbound Claims Support, in Total Consumer Operations you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to the Consumer and Community Bank. The Fraud Prevention and Claims, Disputes (FCPS) Inbound Call Center team supports the intake channels for their organization including call centers and digital channels that support FCPS and Recovery and this role is specifically aligned to the Business Support organization within the Inbound Call Center and is focused on executing changes in business owned tables housed in the Consolidated Claims System (CCS)
