Looking for: + Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic + Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; deals creatively, logically, and empathetically with customers and coworkers + High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred + Must be able to provide references upon request

What you'll do as a Customer Support Rep: + Respond to phone and internet leads promptly and in accordance with the Ken Garff follow up processes + Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns + Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory + Document and update customer records based on interactions + Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries + Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
