The Team: Employee Experience & Innovation (EE&I) is seeking an energetic and detail oriented Application Service Manager to join our team. The EE&I Application Service Manager will be instrumental in bringing structure and governance to our managed and unmanaged applications across the enterprise. You'll work closely with business units and stakeholders to onboard and offboard these applications, ensuring they align with enterprise standards for security, compliance, and performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational experience in application lifecycle management, IT operations, and cross-functional collaboration-all within a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities

  • Identify and catalog managed and unmanaged applications
  • Analyze application usage, security posture, and business impact
  • Assist in transitioning unmanaged apps into formal IT governance, including licensing, support, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of application details, ownership, and lifecycle status
  • Work with business units, cyber security, and procurement to align applications with enterprise standards
  • Recommend strategies to streamline application onboarding and reduce risk

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

  • Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
  • Will have completed at least your bachelor's degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Work effectively across teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and enterprise IT environments
  • Strong time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in application management and governance

Preferred Majors

  • Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, business systems or related field.

The base pay range for this role is $65,300 to $85,680 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
