The Administrative Director of Emergency Services ensures patient-centered, high-quality care across multiple emergency care sites. This leader drives departmental strategy, fosters a culture of accountability and engagement, manages performance, and supports clinical, operational, and financial goals.
Reports to Chief Operating Officer Directly supports ER Director and three managers
Strategic, collaborative, and accountable Track record of improving quality, safety, service, and financial metrics Experience working in complex, high-volume emergency departments (large hospital or system-level background preferred)
52-bed main ER & 2 FSEDs, Level II Trauma Center Over 80k annual ED visits Magnet-recognized, Chest Pain Center, Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center
