Account Services Representative

As an Account Services Representative, you will be responsible for processing multiple daily order entries and billing transactions with extreme attention to detail. You will resolve issues and maintain customer accounts, communicating directly with the sales force, internal departments, and clients to address and resolve issues related to orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily order entries and billing transactions with high accuracy.
• Resolve issues related to orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns.
• Maintain and manage customer accounts.
• Communicate directly with the sales force, internal departments, and clients.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and ensure quality standards for services.
• Generate accurate reports and ensure data entry accuracy.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• At least 2 years of customer or account management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prefer an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base is preferred.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment:

This role is based out of the San Antonio area. Applicants must be located in San Antonio.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
