Account Service Coordinator- Paragon Healthcare

Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Account Service Coordinator Responsibilities

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. How you will make an impact:

  • Analyzing performance trends and operational drivers
  • Building quarterly business reviews
  • Interprets and supports plan benefit design
  • Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues
  • Makes routine account visits
  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits
  • Possibility for traveling is required (2-4 times per year)
  • May be required to present quarterly business reviews in person

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Sales license may be required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

Account management experience preferred. Understanding for specialty pharmacy or infusion preferred. Experience with Tableau, excel and pivot tables is preferred.
