Adjunct Faculty In Human Services

The Department of Counseling, Health & Kinesiology is currently seeking applicants for non-tenure track adjunct faculty positions in our undergraduate Human Services program. Responsibilities include teaching core Human Services courses. Quality performance will be expected in teaching. Additionally, the adjunct faculty will prepare and teach the assigned class following syllabus guidelines. The adjunct faculty will maintain appropriate records, assign earned grades, report needed data to the department and complete all necessary development assessment information. Work hours depend on the course schedule.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling or a related educational field.
  • Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience with educational technology.
  • Teaching and supervisory experience.

Prior to issuing a letter of appointment, three original letters of recommendation and official transcripts from each degree-granting institution must be received directly by the Department of Counseling, Health & Kinesiology.
