How You'll Spend Your Day

Ensuring planning and scheduling for annual preventive maintenance of all mechanical and utility installations in the plant. Attending and timely response for all emergency breakdowns of mechanical and utility installations in the plant. Implementing GMP requirements in function. Aligning SOP corporate SOP and guideline. Ensuring spare part inventory of the mechanical and utility equipment items in Engineering Stores. Evaluating new equipment/facility proposals for Capex & modification and its procurement with timely execution. Supporting site project team for evaluation and timely completion of project. Renewal of registrations and licenses related to Utility & Mechanical equipment for concerned Government Department as per standards. Ensuring the safety of persons, plant & equipment while carrying out the maintenance job. Work procedure update and training. Critically analyzing the expenditure on procurement of items and overall equipment and utility maintenance expenditure periodically and finding out ways and means to control the same at optimum level. Reviewing the planning and implementation of energy conversion schemes and maintenance excellence schemes. Timely closure of permanent change control, temporary change control, deviation, CAPA, and service calls. Is accountable for the performance and results of a team with own disciplined & function. Defining team operating standards and ensuring essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline, to ensure completion of assigned training of self & team members. Executive limited management authority, sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions. To ensure all the activities performed in own discipline for self and team should follow the compliance requirements.
