This position will report directly to the Associate Director Area Sales Gx & Specialty and with direct reports. The Sales Manager will have direct accountability of specialty and general practitioners' group. Responsible for all commercial sales, promotion activities, coaching & development of the direct reports.
In compliant to corporate policy and protocol:
Minimum 8 years sales experience in a pharmaceutical industry in both specialty and generic business. Preferably with 1-2 years of people management experience. Diploma or Degree graduate in pharmaceutical, nursing, bioscience, nutrition. Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration may also be considered. Proven sales records. Proven records of participation in continuous medical education sessions and promotional activities organized by sales & marketing department. Proven record of organizing and participation in product demonstration, customer engagement activities. Demonstrate strong ability to keep proper documentation and records.
