A day in bulk manufacturing solid dosage forms

Your tasks include the manufacturing of medicines on a large scale in compliance with legal regulations (GMP, AMG, pharmaceutical operating regulations) and internal instructions (manufacturing, maintenance, cleaning regulations, SOPs, operating instructions for occupational safety, etc.):

• Setting up, cleaning, and adjusting semi-automatic production and cleaning equipment and other equipment
• Performing maintenance and repair work on production equipment
• Weighing raw materials for bulk production
• Manufacturing solid dosage forms
• Operating production equipment
• Logging activities and all pharmaceutically relevant data: in batch documentation, the electronic manufacturing instruction in MES-Werum, and the machine logbooks
• Performing, evaluating, and documenting in-process controls (IPC)
• Instructing/supervising new employees (buddy) and trainees

Wen suchen wir

You are

• a reliable person with a high team spirit and self-motivation
• solution-oriented and enjoy working with complex machines, such as fluid bed granulators
• responsible and like to work in a team
• willing to work in the shift 06.00-14.00h and 14.00-22.00h

You have

• completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical technician or a related qualification
• or several years of experience in industrial production
• good IT skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• an accurate and clean working method
• sense of responsibility and team capability
• good German language skills
