The Key Account Executive for banks and insurers will be responsible for leading the institutional access strategy of TEVA products with health administrators, banks, and large private payers with basic frameworks, managing their inclusion, continuity, and competitive commercial terms within their portfolios. Ensure business growth through commercial agreements, health programs, and collaborative projects aimed at improving patient accessibility.
Define and execute the market access strategy (portfolio, discount schemes, and rebates). Negotiate strategic commercial agreements with health administrators, banks, and large private payers with basic frameworks. Develop and manage institutional relationships at the management and director level. Lead processes of inclusion, renewal, and contract expansion. Coordinate transversally with Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Finance areas. Identify and develop strategic opportunities in conjunction with commercial teams. Analyze account performance through sales indicators, market share, profitability, and contract progress. Detect business opportunities, new launches, or tenders that contribute to portfolio growth. Participate in private tenders, ensuring correct documentation and follow-up. Monitor competition, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Education: Lic. Administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, experience in institutional access or key account management roles.
