Customer Service Specialist
Teva/Mepha seeks per immediate or by agreement a Customer Service Specialist 100% to support our motivated customer service team in Basel.
Your Tasks
- Care of the reception and telephone center during opening hours
- Complete order processing and documentation according to applicable guidelines and instructions, as well as comprehensive customer support in D/F/I
- Invoice, returns, and credit note creation
- Processing and forwarding of customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintenance and updating of master data in SAP ERP: sales views, conditions, debtor master (incl. debtor authorization and approval)
- Ensuring authorizations for narcotics orders according to applicable regulations
- Ensuring wholesaler management (initial order suggestions, information, deposit of conditions)
- Cooperation in the coordination of product launches and/or portfolio adjustments in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Sample and promotional material management (incl. control of sample quota)
- Compliance with and application of communication guidelines, directives, and policies
Your Profile
- Training as a pharmaceutical assistant or commercial basic education
- Experience in customer service as well as in project work
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- High customer orientation, resilience, and flexibility
- Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Secure handling of digital tools: Microsoft 365 (esp. Excel), SAP ERP; CRM experience is an advantage
- Precise and committed work with a high quality standard
- Independent, convincing personality with decision-making ability and assertiveness
- Very good language skills: German (mother tongue), French; English and Italian are a plus
