- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the entire lifecycle of products, from design to deployment
- Deploy and troubleshoot products in clients' AWS environments for smooth integration and optimal performance
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) software layers, scripts, and tools to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in building monitoring and metrics systems for applications pre-production
- Participate in client meetings to address questions and concerns regarding product integration into their network and AWS accounts
