Tetra Pak is part of Market France Benelux and supports our customers in France. We work closely with our customers to understand their true needs, to secure that we create and convey our services solutions that provide the greatest value for our customers. We are now looking for a new colleague to our Services Sales Team, that will drive the sales of the Services portfolio in the south of France. The position is permanent and based in Paris la Defense or at home (Lyon, Toulouse and Bordeaux), you are willing to travel up to 50% of the time, predominantly in France.
The focus shall be to build strong customer relationship to achieve long term sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. Develop and drive execution of customer centric strategic operational account plans aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives. Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer. You will focus on:
You are a committed person who have outstanding communication and negotiations skills. You share information promptly with clients and colleagues. Working alone and delivering results individually is something that motivates you. You have a degree in Engineering/Science/Technology or equivalent and at least 5 years' experience in a sales/customer facing position. Experience of food processing equipment is required. You are used to working to KPI and service levels. You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
