We are looking for a services sales manager to drive Top & Bottom-line Growth, building strong customer relationship as E2E System Solution provider & delivering financial and commercial excellence.
Deliver financial targets of Services business, for allocated customers
Analyse leads in the CRM allocated to you, qualify them, score, nurture and prepare to conversion and evaluate leads to be handed over to other sales units
Lead Generation / Opportunity Identification both Outside-In (customer discussions, marketing campaigns, tenders etc) & Inside-Out (market growth initiatives- BD plans/ new geographies/ new segments, contract renewals/ capacity expansion/ installed base management etc)
Review CRM opportunity dashboard - prioritise & mature based on value, time, stage and Go/Get rate
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
Promote offering portfolio (incl. cross- and up-selling) remotely using all available technology
Identify customers opportunities using data (Installed base, sales, PLMS reports, etc.) to virtually engage with customer and address their challenges
Understand customer needs and pain points to generate new business and offer profitable value offerings by using complete services portfolio
Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms & Authorization matrix), regulatory framework & general code of conduct. Manage proper & timely documentation of Customer Files and CRM
3-5 years experience in Sales / Account Management. 3 years of experience in corporate environment.

Good stakeholders management
Very good understanding and usage of technology and IT tool
Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, digital sales tools and remote sales channels as well as market trends;
Experience in remote selling
Good level of English and French and Arabic
