Services Account Representative

Tetra Pak is currently looking for a Service Account Representative to be responsible for the main customer contact for operational Technical Service. You will also be responsible for sales opportunity analysis, contract management, service coordination, and customer support. This position provides a strong foundation for working closely with customers and will provide continuing career opportunities within the company. You will be travelling up to 20% of your time to our customer sites. The selected candidate will be based at our site in Santiago, Chile and will report to Services Account Representative Team Leader. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What You Will Do

As Services Account Representative, you will:

  1. Provide input to the preparation of the sales strategy by using internal and external data sources.
  2. Analyze and follow up sales opportunities, and promote services based on customer information together with the Services Key Account Manager.
  3. Manage customer relationships from an operational perspective through structured communication.
  4. Analyze and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Services' functions.
  5. Coordinate and follow up the service events with customers.
  6. Support the preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for the delivery of services and service delivery control.
  7. Coordinate and follow-up Service Contract execution and Service Contract fulfillment.
  8. Support customer inquiries, respond, and channel them into the organization.

We Believe You Have

  • At least 3 years of work experience in customer service with direct contact with customers
  • Experience in sales administration task or related
  • English Intermediate/Advanced
  • Core competences: disciplined, analytic, customer and sales-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with people at all levels.
