As a Future Talent Process Engineer, you will embark on a hands-on learning journey to become part of the team that implements technical solutions and processing systems for the food and beverage industry. You will develop practical skills by supporting projects from concept to commissioning, learning how to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions that reflect Tetra Pak's commitment to protecting food, people, and the planet. This position will be based in Monte Mor, SP.
You would be required to travel up to 30% of your time.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be in February, 2026. Suggested majors: University Degree in any engineering course such as Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering and other correlated courses.

As a Future Talent Process Engineer you will:
- Supporting projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation;
- Working in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project;
- Acting with supervision for technical solution and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction;
- Develop technical solutions in projects, provide support in issue resolution, take part in technical discussions with customers and or end suppliers for engineering parts, anytime supported by a process engineer;
- Develop technical solutions for engineering parts in Tetra Pak projects, working also with different applications, such as dairy, beverage, prepared food, ice cream, cosmetics, cheese, etc.;
- Work according to Project Time Plan and budget, be cost awareness for task at hand;
- Work according to the scope of supply in contract, including design changes and approved variation orders;
- Create project documentation including test specifications;
- Participate in tests and/or reviews in project work;
- Support commissioning activities in projects;
- Design and perform calculation for piping, pumps and valves used at food industry;
- Develop mass balance calculations and Production Time Schedule;
- Create and develop Flow chart (P&ID) and layouts for food industry;
- Read and understand an assembly drawing, for example tanks, pumps etc.;
- Calculate plant and modules consumption;
- Translate customer requirements to selected modules and other production solutions used at food industry;
- Working with customers and colleagues in an international environment, but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
We believe you have:
- Talented recent graduation on any of the described majors (Food, Chemical, Mechanical, Production) and other correlated courses.
- Passion for excellence;

- Finished or will finish your studies between December 2023 and December 2025;
- Availability to travel the percentage required;
- Analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company;
- Intermediate English level, spanish would be a plus;
- Quality-focused;
- Ability in communication and presentation skills;
- Ability in problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to read and understand a process and instrumentation diagram (PID)- would be a plus;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD-would be a plus.
