We are looking for smart Electrical maintenance Technician for our production facility at Chakan, Pune. Who can apply their skills in day-to-day Electrical Maintenance activity.
Who You Are
1. Diploma Electrical Engineering with experience of 5-8 year as skilled maintenance technicians. 2. Basic knowledge of process/ equipment 3. WCM knowledge & should be able to apply TPM / WCM metholodolgies for trouble shooting
This is a permanent role based at Chakan, Pune.
What You Will Do
As a Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for...
- Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance activities
- Participate in AM/PM activities
- Perform in process check according to standard requirements under supervision
- To participate in the activities of daily improvement
- To participate in multiskill training
- To participate and lead in WCM activities such as AM PM, 5 S etc
Key Outputs and Measurements
- Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance - Minimised losses (short stops/ breakdowns) on machine/ equipment, keep Mean Down Time Targets
- Guide colleagues with AM/ PM and removing red tags - Reports all activities in SAP, Plant Maintenance Module and solves all reported problem as per plan
- Maintains the Maintenance Spare parts store - Achieve Preventive activities TBM (Time Based Maintenance) compliance ratio and targets
- 5S according to standard in all maintenance areas

Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Experts, Maintenance Operations I, Master Technician / Maintenance Team Leader, colleagues in other functions in the factory
