The Senior Operations Analyst will support the design, execution, reconstruction, and analysis of tactical exercise scenarios to meet program objectives. They will assist in developing Exercise Plans, Data Collection Plans, and supporting briefs, ensuring evaluation objectives, measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and measures of performance (MOPs) are clearly defined. During exercises, the analyst will observe operations, supervise data collection, and support coordination with participants. Post-exercise, they will conduct detailed reconstructions, develop performance analyses, and contribute to final, cross-exercise, and annual reports. Additionally, the Senior Operations Analyst will assist in identifying gaps and validating Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), ensuring findings directly inform future operations and capability development.
