The Operations Manager will oversee multiple value streams and lead a team of supervisors and hourly team members to navigate daily production operations as well as drive team member engagement and operational improvement. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in manufacturing operations, lean principles, and continuous improvement. You will coach and develop leaders, drive cultural transformation, implement and improve existing systems that support repeatable processes, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Salary: The compensation range for this position is $114,000 - $140,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
