Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer you will work closely with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly and FCT processes implementation and issues resolution.

Responsibilities include:

• Overview of sub assembly and assembly of electromechanical parts, test equipment programs, validation and verification, upgrade and/or repair.
• Closely working with other engineers and divisions for process and quality improvements.
• Using all digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to do system, assembly and PCBA failure analysis and debugging.
• Supporting new product transfer startup/set-up, and the improvement of the failure analysis process.
• Other responsibilities include asset utilization and participation on quality improvement initiatives.
• Closely working with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly quality and FCT.
• Remote support to other OPS sites/regions.

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
• High analytical skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
• Solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g. C++, Visual Basic).
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English.
