Opportunity Overview

As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you will take ownership of our design system and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. You'll transform complex requirements into clear interfaces, lead user research, and ensure user-centered decision-making is deeply embedded in how we build products. You will mainly be working with our Graphical User Interface - PolyScope, which thousands of people around the world use to program our market leading collaborative robots.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the existing Design System
• Create high- and low-fidelity prototypes
• Apply strong systems thinking
• Be technically grounded
• Lead and facilitate user research
• Contribute to feature prioritization
• Advocate for user-centered decision-making

Tools & Skills

Figma – advanced proficiency Usability testing tools and methods Collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) Strong communication and facilitation skills Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams Experience with design systems (creation or evolution)
