Opportunity Overview

Teradyne Software Engineering team in Costa Rica is looking for a Software Engineer intern with passion for learning, developing high quality software, solving complex problems and becoming part of a smart and innovative team. Are you able to balance a variety of tasks related to requirements definition, software system design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance? • Design, implement, test, and deploy software components for Teradyne's family of Automatic Test Equipment.
• Create robust designs with a focus on scalability, high performance, and maintainability.
• Conceive and implement fully functional and high performing software solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our product, our process, and our team.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must have completed all the required school credits and enrolled in the professional practice or graduation project.
• English Proficiency
• 6 months experience in Data structures and algorithms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Programming skills in C# and .NET development.
• Development tools Visual Studio, Github
• Development Lifecycles including Agile.

Preferred Requirements

• VMWare experience
• Jenkins knowledge
• VersionVault / ClearCase systems experience
• Azure experience
• Software Build & Release Experience
• Some background in Hardware is a plus
