Customer production support and maintenance role for Semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment (Tester).
Various types of trouble shooting and root cause analysis at customer production site.
Maintenance and repair support work for Tester and its peripheral components.
New Tester delivery/installation, and production setup.
Customer support on the phone, service report creation.
