Based in APAC, this role is responsible for managing HR operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The HR Operations Lead ensures smooth HR service delivery, compliance with local regulations, and a strong employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This position reports into the International HR Operations Lead and serves as the primary HR contact for the region, building trusted relationships and ensuring the business has the support it needs.

This role is hybrid, based out of New Taipei City. Taiwan

Who You Are

  • You are an exceptionally organized professional, skilled at managing details, timelines, and shifting priorities across multiple countries.

What We Need

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, ideally with a multinational scope.
  • Deep knowledge of APAC labor laws and cultural practices, with specific and proven expertise in Japan and Taiwan.
  • Strong experience with benefits administration, compliance management, and HRIS data maintenance (e.g., Workday, Rippling).
  • A proven ability to independently manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) in a standalone or regional role.
  • Fluency in English is required. Strong proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred, and additional APAC languages are a plus.
