The Physician Services Training Developer is responsible for efficient and effective development, maintenance and delivery of content-specific curriculums within the Physician Services. This individual will work closely with subject matter experts to assure course content and delivery models meet the needs of targeted audiences. This team member consistently demonstrates solid organizational, management and facilitation skills, professional behaviors, and lends technical expertise to all aspects of curriculum design and delivery. This individual demonstrates a strong service commitment by striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Develop educational strategies for both competency-based and operational-based education initiatives.
• Simultaneously manages multiple projects and assignments of various scales.
• Develop, revise and maintain content-specific, competency-based, and operational-based education programs as assigned, in conjunction with experts from the field.
• Deliver and support training initiatives for various groups, including leadership teams and end-users.
• Delivery methods may include instructor-led, train-the-trainer, virtual classroom, web-cast, or web-based methodologies.
• Provide training support at implementations as requested.
• Coordinate logistics associated with education events and departmental meetings.
• Interact with internal SMEs and training standards to maintain departmental standards and consistency of development for the organization.
• Maintain training administration records.
• Review course evaluations and determine appropriate action to incorporate feedback into curriculums.
• Utilize available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.
• Assist with documentation and maintenance of development standards and processes.
• Collaborate with other team members and lend support to development and delivery initiatives.
• Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement".

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of training and development experience
• Must have experience in a medical office setting
• Experience with Electronic Health Records EHRs/ Electronic Medical Records EMRs, preferably eClinicalWorks, required.
