A minimum of 8 years' experience as an IT Systems Administrator or Engineer (L2 or higher). Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues and see them through to resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and customers. A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to expanding your skill set. Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills, from initiation and setting milestones to timeline accountability and successful completion.
