IT Systems Administrator

A minimum of 8 years' experience as an IT Systems Administrator or Engineer (L2 or higher). Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues and see them through to resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and customers. A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to expanding your skill set. Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Required Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive knowledge and competency in all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications.
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks.
  • Expertise in managing and implementing firewalls, layer 2/3 switches, access points, and other networking devices.
  • Thorough understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 networking, including a solid grasp of the OSI model.
  • Administration and configuration of Microsoft Office 365 email, applications, and Azure AD.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint, MDM, and MFA.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience working with computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners.
  • Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to perform onsite installations of IT equipment.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced understanding of DHCP and DNS configuration and management.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex escalated issues.
  • Virtual Environment Management proficiency (VMWare, Hyper-V, Hyper-Converged).
