Anatomic Pathology Admin

Beautiful state of the art lab with WINDOWS! Supervises effective and efficient integration of team and support functions for Clinical and/or Anatomic Pathology departments. Plans, coordinates, and supervises the activities of support personnel. Works with manager to support quality assurance functions and training of clerical functions for new faculty and staff.

Key responsibilities include managing clinical and/or anatomic pathology support services to ensure optimal performance of the team, responsible for quality assurance functions for Clinical and/or Anatomic Path Support, overseeing supervisory activities of support personnel, and participating in the financial activities of the laboratory. The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.

Technical capabilities include advanced skills in quality assurance, data access and reporting, customer service, medical terminology and documentation, and mentoring and coaching.

Core accountabilities include organizational impact, problem solving, breadth of knowledge, and team interaction. Core capabilities include supporting colleagues, delivering excellent services, ensuring high quality, and managing resources effectively.

Position qualifications require relevant work experience, a minimum of three years of experience, and an associate's degree.
