Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security And Identity Product Org

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Security and Identity Product Org builds cloud services that enable customers – Oracle teams and external users – to secure their data and applications in OCI. As a member of the product development division, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to engage customers. You will own defining and executing the strategy to drive rapid customer and partner adoption of security products. You will also own collecting customer inputs to drive the next generation of cloud-native security. This is a rare opportunity to define and drive adoption of foundational security capabilities that combine cutting-edge research with practical deployment in one of the world's largest clouds.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance, lead and drive rapid customer and partner adoption of security products by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams.
  • Understand customer pain points and architecture. Create scripts, proof of concepts, and other technical deliverables to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels, from engineers up to CxO while explaining transformational concepts to executive decision makers and influencing their technology strategy.
  • DevDrive lighthouse wins while developing and executing scalable adoption programs and identifying and executing repeatable solutions to solve customers’ challenges and help the broader field organization.
  • Develop a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions experts for a challenging set of customers and circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in software development/solutions engineering/pre-sales or closely related roles delivering enterprise-grade software solutions or cloud services.
  • Strong communication skills: executive presence, clear storytelling, whiteboarding, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and domain issues; detail-oriented with a passion for work quality.
  • Proven track record delivering live PoCs/pilots and using these learnings to drive customer impact at scale.
  • Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas: identity and access management, security, network security.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
