The Seasonal Sales Associate assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance. This position is temporary to help support increased business during high volume times of the year.

Primary Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer, accurately operating the register, and being knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to assist with selling product. The Seasonal Sales Associate also assists with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. They communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary and maintain the cleanliness of the store. Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned are also part of the role.

Qualifications include the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, communicate effectively, preserve confidentiality, and have accuracy and attention to detail. Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills are also required, along with a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and Associates.

Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend and twist frequently, grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently, squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders occasionally, and see, hear, and speak regularly. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner is also required.
