Sanitation 3rd Shift - ($19.25/hrly)

Job Opportunity: Sanitation 3rd Shift - Sanitor

JBS is seeking an hourly 3rd Shift Sanitation - Sanitor! Position starts at $19.25 per hour with the ability to go up. This salary includes the shift differential pay. Benefits include: paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) plan, and Better Futures Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To clean and sanitize machinery and floors in a production line setting
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around assigned area
• Set-up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
• Operate heavy equipment
• Expect to work hands on at high speed and at times lift up to 50lbs.
• Expect to follow all Safety and Company rules regarding mixing of chemicals, etc.

Qualifications:

• Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Additional qualifications as needed

Work Environment:

• Must be able to work in a very cold, damp environment
• Exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives
• Slippery floors, cold temperatures
