A client in the Nashville, TN area is seeking an EHR Solutions Architect to join their specialized team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. This company is transitioning to an enterprise model to unify their systems, utilizing MyAvatar as their primary EHR tool so EHR configuration experience will be key to allow this person to be successful in this role. As part of this transition, the team is tweaking four out of five MyAvatar instances. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, including the Chief Medical Officer, to maintain, enhance, standardize, and design medical services that meet stakeholder needs in their EHR system, and you'll work alongside another architect to manage upgrades to these MyAvatar instances. This person will not be siloed to one specific role when tackling the configurations, maintenance and support of the EHR system. They'll be taking in requirements from stakeholders, troubleshooting any errors and also working with stakeholders to make enhancements and configure modules and medical tools on the Project Management side of the system. You'll also help configure various modules such as admissions, scheduling, medical order entry, and medical notes to ensure they align with the workflows and requirements of different departments. With numerous EHR projects underway, you will gradually integrate into these initiatives while familiarizing yourself with various stakeholders. Skills and requirements include: five years of MyAvatar or similar behavioral health EHR system, ability to do configurations, build forms, performance analysis, maintenance and support post-EHR implementation, understanding of SQL and other tools within EHR, experience using configuration tools in MyAvatar, and client facing experience. Expertise in managing EHR components such as admissions, scheduling, medical order entry, and medical notes is also required. Remote in CST or EST time zone.
